The early days of baby care can be really tedious. The first month to the third month after birth, babies are usually has not found a definite sleep pattern. Sometimes at night he/she woke up with a fit state. And vice versa. Parents must be patience with this change. Not a few of the mother would feel overwhelmed. Beside must breast-feeding at any time, the mother must taking care of the babies that sometimes will quite awkward if it was done by the father. That way, your body remains healthy and the mind is able to control the stress levels remain low.
Do not forget to do light exercise on a regular basis. The choice may be to go for a walk or gymnastic. Exercise is also effective in reducing stress and maintaining physical fitness.
